I'm sure the GO employees reading this are all nodding in agreement.<br /><br />Someone who tags content as, let's say, "Ticketed by GO transit", isn't "accountable" if someone's car gets a ticket, and isn't responsible for connecting every inquiry about a ticket to GO Transit.
