has anyone every been audited for claiming the full annual amount?

Me. The first year. I had to pay back $313. Now I add it up accordingly.

Hm. I look at my trip summaries by month. If I have at least 32 rides in the month, I claim that month. Am I doing wrong?

Oooo... I didn't know they are ready! I need to go get mine as I can claim a couple of months this year.

I've always claimed the full amount every year. Didn't know I wasn't supposed to. It's way too complicated.
Why would they give a tax receipt that includes amounts that can't be claimed - the sole purpose of the report is for taxes isn't it?

I always just claim whatever Presto says I spent. I let the CRA figure it out from there. Never had to pay back anything using this method.

The reason Presto can't calculate the claim for you is because the actual CRA rule is 32 trips in a 31 day period. Everyone's 31 day period may be different (to maximize their claim) so they can't just show your claim per month.

Isn't that the point though? Everyone is different, and it is by days (not weeks like they provide us). They could just break it down and say between x and y, which is no more than 31 days, you had z trips equal to or above 32 trips. With it reporting to us in weeks we have to make assumptions.
