Wow - literally adding injury to insult, in this case.

How horrifying...any word on whether the perpetrators have been identified/caught?

Suspects still at large. Here's the full news story.

I'm dying to know what's in the bag. This is like Pulp Fiction all over again.

The suspects are large? Maybe it was that New Jersey Govener guy?

Large is a word with considerable history and many meanings, including "Having few or no restrictions or limitations; allowing considerable freedom. Also said of persons with respect to their thought or action". At large (with no hyphen) is an idiom stemming from this, meaning at liberty. It is possible to say at more large, meaning 'at greater liberty' or to use the verb enlarge to mean 'set free'; but these two are rare.

Sounds awesome. I'd love to be 'at large'!

WTH is wrong with people?!?!?!

I was wondering that too, @Bicky - specifically (in my case) how did this go from being footage of a despicable and frightening robbery (with potentially even more serious results) to a bizarre discussion of the origins and merits of the concept of being "at large"????
