Improvements coming to Route 12?

Thanks CJ for flagging this. I’m glad your reader brought it to my attention.

There’s lots in it to investigate but please let your readers know that I have staff looking into it to track down the causes and will ensure there are remedies in place.

Do you see now why people feel you get stuff done? And why sometimes we feel you let us down (re: platform changes and not following up with concerns about people getting killed)

The Bay concourse is closed...there's no food or drink to be found anywhere (well, anywhere easily accessible) and people are STILL talking about platform changes???
