Park how I want to

A reader sent me a picture message (@ 9054420352) of this fantastic parking job at the Oshawa GO parking lot this morning.

Apparently this person parks how they want to completely ignorant to the fact that others also need to park. Hugging another spot and preventing another person from parking there is inconsiderate. If you can't take the time to park correctly, perhaps you need to take the bus or re-learn how to back into a parking spot correctly.

Perhaps they're worried about getting a scratch on that beauty of a car. Thing is, that kind of behaviour irritates people so much, I would think that a few "accidental"scratches are even more likely.

I have to admit that Karen is right. Parking like this makes you a target for others who just might show you how they feel about your parking job.

If you look closely the douche next to this car parked right on the line...why did the Honda not park in the empty parking space on the passenger side of where he is now and be done with it??

Le sigh. I agree, that pretty Honda is gonna get keyed.

i Know the last time someone parked that way. I parked my car close to their car. noted his plate number and put it on my dash and then took a pic. when i got back to the station it was priceless. there i was standing beside my car when the occupant of the next car was trying to get in from the passenger side. made it even better when i started my car and pulled out before they did. hollllaaa

LOL! reminds me of Cindy blooging about the time she was the one who had to crawl in from the passenger side, as someone had parked too close to the drivers side of her car!

I also have a friend who likes to park like that, she is afraid of door dings and such. She says it's ok as she only does it far away from the entrance to the store... yeah newsflash, it's NOT! it only pisses other people off and you are definitely more likely to get scratched.

I used to have a pack of sticky notes in my car for these people -- I'd put "park it, don't abandon it" on them!!
