Had too much time on my hands on the late train ride home Friday night - made some observations, which left me grumpy

Go Transit wants you to check out their new website Mom's legs look a little high... almost like... She better have one foot on the radiator - to cross a leg like that.
Secondly, why is there a bag on the seat opposite the family?
WHO IS THE ART DIRECTOR?
Please call me.
The agency spent good money putting a whole book together about transit etiquette together, and then this happens?

Oh, and this worked out well:

I need to go lie down.

I have no doubt MetroLinx spent a considerable amount of money updating their website.
I still believe the money would be well spent adding additional service to lines that do not receive full service in the evenings and weekends on the Kitchener for example. It would also be beneficial if they actually had customer service representatives enforcing the rules on the trains, Quiet Zone, bags/feet on seats, etc.

The baby is also picking its nose and the mom has her hand tucked up into its crotch. Is this truly the best shot they got from the photo shoot!?

Also, is it just me or are they trying to make the "Service Guarantee" link harder to find?

Her leg is crossed like normal...the bag on the seat is barely noticable. The mom isn't tucking her hand in the crotch she was adjusting the baby's outfit. And the way the other kid is sitting this probably was the best picture available. It's hard enough photographing one small child but they had two. None of them are crying and they seem happy. I don't see the big deal here...

That was the most polite "I DISAGREE WITH YOU" comment this site has ever received. Thank you.

The new www.gotransit.com, from what I can tell, was designed specifically for mobile devices. Hence the new flow. Your schedule issue appears to be a defect: probably a problem when the website attempts to make contact to the RTSI (Real-Time Scheduling Information) backend. This appears to be a new defect because this must have worked in the past. But the quality control over these software releases is terrible. So typical of Metrolinx I&IT.

The online schedule issue comes as no surprise. Metrolinx I&IT has screwed up its online schedules in the past:

Good to know it is consistent in its failure to deliver.
