Stop with the lies


It took 7 months for the Presto website and its database that feeds our card information to us to finally display the correct balance on my PRESTO card. THERE WAS NOTHING CONVENIENT ABOUT THAT.

Bwa ha ha ha! Modern! How modern is it when you have to wait days (sometimes) for your balance to show up when you load online?

Those Presto peeps - they're hysterical!

I emailed them recently to get my balance to show properly because it never changed. Their ridiculous response back to me was they sent a request to have it fixed but that it could happen again so I should use my transaction history to determine my balance. Argh.
