It feels like 35C in here.
Can't breathe... can't ... must ... try ... oh shut up Tom... just find the friggin thermostat button and kick it. That's how you can be my customer service ambassador this morning!

Was that the same "Tom" that speaks really really slowly? He made those announcements interesting only because we'd wait for him to mess them up.
The thermostat should be set at 18-20C all year round. What's so hard about that?
(Related peeve: shops that crank up the heat to the high 20s in winter so you ahve to remove all your winterwear, and then have air con set at about 10C in summer so you wish you had a sweater...)
yes. that's tom. his voice cracks too. he also told everyone on the 8:01 out of whitby or is it 7:59? is it better with those two minutes!? no!!! he said we were on the 5:35. tom needs to speed up his announcements.
