She forgot how to umbrella


Then again, she could be preparing to head up to one of the platforms where this may actually be a wise idea. Those ghetto plywood roofs provide zero protection in this weather.

Better to be prepared than to stand there and be rained upon. With a side helping of roof-goo splashing down on your shirt.

Personally, I avoid the plywood covers. They do not cover the whole platform where there is no roof and if it is rainy/snowy enough, they seem to funnel everything onto the platform.

There's no space on the platforms for people with all of the construction junk and overly used fencing, let alone for people with umbrellas; especially ones that aren't aware that they're carrying sharp poking things at eye level.
