Cj, why you hate so much?

subject:Hello.

I just discovered you and your Twitter handle, and looked at your blog, when someone I follow on Twitter mentioned you. I'm sure your intentions are all well and good. But C.J., why you hate so much? Do you not have any love in your life??? You're just. so. bitter. And you mask this bitterness with an attempt to be funny. I'm no psychologist but I'm pretty sure you don't have enough in life to keep you busy that you have to worry so much about what a person does on a GO train or what GO Transit does. It's so bizarre. I could see if you worked for GO Transit but you have to admit, you're pretty petty? And somewhat ridiculous? I mean, why bother with this? What do you get out of it? Don't hate. Just curious.
Just my 2 cents.

If we all had to be "paid" to care about something, what kind of world would this be?
Thank you for your email.

Keep the change.

CJ - You're 'intense'. I know because I am the same way, I care about way too many things. Being intense is not easy. It would be great, wouldn't it, to not care about most things? For all the nonsense around us to just blow off our backs? Of course nothing would ever change or get better but it wouldn't matter because we wouldn't care. The truth is that change is only ever driven by people who care. And to care you have to get upset and harbour an intense desire to make the world better.

Keep up the intensity CJ!

Oh I'm intense all right. I'm so intense that I get incensed...

You really need a new 'Dear CJ' advice section.

Dear CJ, I haven't got enough time to cut my toenails in the morning. Where's the best spot on a GO Train where I can do this?

Dear CJ, I think I'm a little dead inside. I don't care that people put their feet up on seats, or engage in loud conversations about their sex lives in the quiet zone. How can I learn to care, like you do?

^ Not sure if sarcasm...

Even if it wasn't, it could be a winning idea!

Not sarcasm, I'd really enjoy it. You seem to get enough fan mail that it could work. Admittedly, online humour is a tough translation sometimes, case in point, R.
