Oh SHIT! That is on the other side of the street.

I know that is a small thing but with all the construction it is a nightmare.

Thankfully, I only have to deal with it for two weeks. HOOOORAH!

I walk through the PATH so I go through the Bay Concourse, and then through to the corridor to the Air Canada Centre. I avoid the street. When all the outside construction is done, and I'm 55 years old, maybe I can use the street entrances again!

Unless it is the apocalypse, I use the street and enter through the VIA concourse level. It is generally saner. And because these platforms are the same as the really late at night/weekend ones, I know how to get there.

But I am not looking forward to the gong show! How many people won't know about this until it is too late. They have been pushing the bus changes, but to me, this is HUGE compared to the buses. Mostly with the number of people affected.

Smart thinking - move the LSE trains to the narrowest platforms available...for rush hour.

*facepalm*

In fairness, it's been a while since I had to board a train on platforms 25-27...have they gotten any better? Last I can recall it was a shitshow getting on/off a train using a platform that seemed to be maybe 8 feet wide.

Nope Matt, still 8 feet wide.

I think someone at GO Transit must hate some people on the LSE/Stouffville routes, first with their stupid 1-year pilot project and now this crappy platform.

Hi CJ, Thanks for sharing this - nothing ticks me off more than being on my usual platform with a change - i turn into a freaking bull running olympian down those narrow stairs :). Happy Easter!

So, if you are standing on the southernmost platform, you'll have the 1720 Stouffville train on one side (platform 27), and the 1720 Lakeshore East train on the other side (platform 26).

I'm betting someone will get on the wrong train every single day.

First world problems.

"Track Meet" time at the GO Concourse. Need a Gatorade for the platform change.

Yay, platform 4! No longer on 27, down by the lake!
