The Barrie Gang ... Part 3

From The National Post

It’s 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, the day before Good Friday, and the GO gang on the Barrie-Bradford train, rumbling south towards Union Station, is in a party mood.

Nancy Tamburello, boarding in Maple, pulls out a thermos of espresso and fills small styrofoam cups. Heather gets on in King City and brandishes a bottle of Bailey’s Irish Cream, to top people up. Of course I had to partake — when else will I have a chance to wolf Timbits and slurp hard liquor on a train rumbling through the dawn with a crowd of cavorting bankers I’ve just met, while joking about the Leafs?

That article makes riding the train seem much more fun than it actually is.

And that's a pretty good tattoo of a GP40-2W...

K going to work in the morning having had bailey's whatever, but I take the 4:40 train on the Barrie line and I used to sit in a car full of loud asses and nearly every friday they'd have a "party", drinking and all and no shame. Then proceed to get off the train and literally peel out of the parking lot. After witnessing this time and time again, I thought "to hell with this shit, these people are going to run down someone someday in their mad dash out of the lots and kill someone". So what did I did, since I didn't really feel like being confrontation with about 8 asshats that were buzzing, you ask? I went to the CSA and complained about this non sense, who then came to the car and lectured said adults but really it was nothing more than a pee-pee smacking..... Needless to say I left that car because I can't stand the loud voices at ungodly decibals or the drunken antics.

Oh and nice "tramp stamp" the chick in the newspaper article has....LOL Not.

Why is it that no one has any regard for their fellow passengers?
There is a group on the 5:47am Oshawa to Union train that get on in Ajax that think that they can scream and carry on at the top of their lungs even though the entire car is trying to get some rest. I mean, I don't care if you want to chat but I do not need to hear you ranting and raving a half a car away especially at that time of the morning!

Did they change the tattoo pic?
I'm not sure what's more gross, her tramp stamp or her disgusting muffintop. Why would you willingly let someone take a picture of that for a newspaper article? EwwwwwwWw.

From the same article, "“Generally if you are not wanted we just up the volume and if you can’t take it, find another section — in another coach,” says Barb Brown, a billing analyst."

Really? Who the fuck does she think she is? Jesus, woman, you don't OWN the space. You share it.
Tell you what, I'm gonna buy the house next door to you, build an area-size sound system on my back patio and blare AC/DC every night til 4 am. If you don't like it, you can SELL your house and MOVE.

Does that work?

Is it any wonder that Go Transit NEVER does anything when customers complain about the rowdy groups that monopolize certain cars. Thier own customer service rep is one of these rude selfish ignorant thoughtless boobs!

Ahaha, oh my God! Hilarious!

...I would hate to be on the train with these people, though. My idea of fun is quietly listening to music with headphones and reading or browsing the Internet. Haha. Not partying.

Oh! I forgot to add! That tattoo is AWESOME! I really like trains though so of course I'd think that. I have a friend who really loves those locomotives and he'd probably get a kick out of that!
