GO piloting WI-FI service at Clarkson and Pickering Stations

Earlier this morning:
This pilot project provides services in the stations and on platforms.
The service is free. More stations are expected to come online during the year.

WHY wouldn't they offer it on the trains though? That's where it really matters....
