Parking donkeys! I have found your leader

The person who emailed this to me (K.L.) swears on a stack of newborn babies this is legit. It happened at Maple GO Station last week.

Despite numerous available spots, clearly noticeable in the photo, the mentally challenged owner of this KIA parked and left the car right where it sits.

If this doesn't justify a towing, I really would like to know what sets the bar for GO Transit Safety personnel, considering all the recent emails I've gotten lately about "practicing safe parking".

This person didn't even try.

You know what this needs? HULK SMASH!

Here are some other donkeys photographed elsewhere at GO train stations.

So much for colouring between the lines.

I could understand if it was winter and there weren't any line available. But that is a whole new level.

What do people need to do for GO to actually tow these cars away? They have warned people but they are not following through. Open ended threats don't work on children (and even grown up children).

@Squiggles,

GO don't care. Did you see them follow through with Quiet Zone? (they stooped making announcements on the train both in the morning and afternoon). They come up with an idea and want us to enforce it.

Almost looks as if the car rolled out of the parking spot into this position. I know at my workplace, it happens from time to time...

Sure the car in the 3rd photo isn't between the lines but isnt blocking anyone either... probably trying to avoid a door ding.. Or could just be a bad driver :)

I may be a little naive, but I still think that GO should carry through with the warnings. Imagine the racket they could have if they had their own impound lot? They could pay for someone to enforce the Quiet Zone (which I do on my own in the mornings).

Appears to be a roll out.

this HAS to be a rollout, I can't believe there is someone that stupid on the road to park like that, I would assume that their ability to actually get dressed and leave the house in the morning would be quite a challenge never mind actually make it to a GO station and navigate the parking lot.

Maybe the lines are for you to see how FAR AWAY from them you can park.
