Chocolate Bouquet

Sent via text message to 9054427423 from Mel. D.

CJ. I am SO PISSED. someone stole my chocolate strawberry bouquet on the train this morning. i woke up to find it gone as we pulled into Union. There were dozens of peopel standing so it could have been anyone of them. YOU'RE A JERK. THAT WAS FOR MY BOSS' KID WHO IS SICK IN HOSPITAL with CANCER!!! I made that from scratch. I hope you burn in hell for doing such an evil thing. It was under my seat. I came in from Richmond Hill and we arrived at Union around 8:15 am. You've probably eaten them.
Who? Me. No way.

That is pretty low.

Seriously, somebody did that? It wouldn't matter if it was for a sick child or a healthy adult, I cannot believe an adult who can afford to ride the GO would steal somebody's valentine stuff. wow

Mel D... so sorry for your pain.

Some people are lazy, selfish and have no regard for other human beings. What's worse is people standing there not staying anything to the person who took it. Honestly, I can't believe some people who can't take a stand and tell someone "Hey buddy... that's not yours... hands off!".

Regardless that you didn't have something to give away... your intentions were good and giving.

Don't worry about the person who stole your gift... their life can't be so great if this is what they choose to do on a special day like this.

Happy Love Day! e

Thank you e and Kary.
I've done a slow melt over this. I still can't believe it happened. It was a small bouquet of strawberries dipped entirely in chocolate and it woudl have been easy for someone to take it as it was in a white bag. Maybe someone took it by accident and I wound up buying a box of Purdy's for my boss' son but I wanted a personal gift. If someone did take it on purpose, I hope they understand what karma is. I make my own chocolate as a hobby which is why this gift was personal.

Even if it was taken by "accident" ... no scratch that, how do you take a white bag by accident? It was deliberate and I'm sorry this happened to you.

The GO train is like an airport: never leave your bags or packages unattended and never ask complete strangers to watch over them. People have a tendancy to "not see anything" when things happen.
