Well this video. found on YouTube, is slightly disturbing ... (lower your volume due to language)
If any man, even a family member (I think the old guy and lady know each other) laid a hand on me, he'd be urinating out of his belly button.
The older gent becomes upset when it's clear the woman in the video is getting up to tell the drunks to cool it.

At first, I thought that was you holding the camera, and both those people were your friends. Then I read your caption.
Are you telling me that you don't know this guy and she doesn't either?
Jeebuz! I haven't had the balls to report anyone, but that would have called for.

I can't believe that she let him do that! I mean, I may have possibly (ha!) allow him some leeway had all he done was barred her from leaving. But to physically hold her back? And more importantly, when he brought the hand to her throat? Whole new story. That is why there is a yellow strip to be pushed for harrassment.

I mean, I could have possibily let him walk away had all he done was barred me from leaving the quad.
But once hands landed on me? Different story all together.
This is why the yellow strip is above all the windows. For harrassment. And this is physical abuse.
Yea, it's his hand on her throat that really disturbs me. I'm guessing they do know each other and I'm also guessing she's been "put in her place" before. Sad.
He's a scumbag douche and she's tanked. Looks to me like this type of enabling behaviour goes on all the time between them.
OMG - I would have pressed the yellow bar on the drunks, and if they knew each other, had major issues when the old man put his hands around my neck and slammed me down....
