Not to defend the donkeys reponsible but there are no recycling facilities on the train so do you blame them?

Here's a novel thought.
Carry a bag. Carry your recyclables home with you.

There's no recycling containers in the forest when you go camping ... do you blame nature? The bears? The trees?

Gah! It's like Amy all over again.

You bring crap onto the train. You take your crap off the train.

There are recycling facilities in the stations.

And CJ: these are the same yahoos who leave this crap all over the woods.

Why has nobody yet taken issue with the consumption of alcohol on public transit? Pretty sure there’s rules against that.

I'm sure there'd be a nice hefty fine for drinking on the GO, yet GO doesn't monitor its trains. Is it too much to ask to have a random transit safety officer to walk up and down the length of a train? Perhaps more focused on the wee-hours ones.

Screw the rules against drinking in public, no worse than drinking a pepsi till until the drinker gets beligerent, but then it becomes harrassment/mishcief/public intoxication. I dont have any problem with anyone drinking booze in public, besides a few simple rules to follow
1. dont puke
2 dont spill (goes for any beverage ont he train.
3 no mixes, beer, mikes hard, straight vodkascotch etc...
4. dont be an idiot sit and drink your drink, become a nusiance and your getting arrested.

Europe doesnt have a huge problem with drinking in public, you can waltz down the street with a beer or whatever and as long as you arent being an idiot you can show it to the cops and they wont care.

We are a continent full of prudes

The best/worst part is that this was on the 17:43 from union on the LSW.
Not the wee-hours even, I was going home from work.
AND there were more on the seat across.
I don't care if you want to drink in public, but take your garbage with you when you leave.
