Dear Big Boys

If you're tall, taller than 6 feet or you have legs that go on forever ... please sit sideways.

Respectfully,
The Ladies who aren't interested in staring at your fruit basket all the way to Union

Not sure how a person's height would be a factor for this comment. Not to mention how absolutely hypocritical it is.

Yeh, height shouldn't matter. Isn't it afterall . . . big feet, big . . .?

I had a daddy longlegs on the aisle beside me this morning. Didn't really bother me but the woman sitting opposite him didn't look too happy. That said, I see her every morning and she never looks happy!

And no, HATE the sideways sitters!

Ideally, tall women and men, although I'm jealous of the height should try to sit with legs together and not spread them apart where my legs are now in between your legs. This is just way too intimate for me. Glad I don't feel alone.

I keep my girth to myself. Don't know why it's hard for others to do the same.

I hear ya, CJ, I don't really expect people to sit sideways but for the love of god, please sit up straight at least! I have been the victim of the same uber-tall sprawler twice - slouched way down, crotch well out into neutral territory, one leg stretched out under my seat and the knee of the other leg- which he propped up on the vent- somewhere in the vicinity of my ear. (OK I'm exaggerating on that one but not by much.) I really wanted to submit a photo but would have needed a wide angle lens to capture the effect. In both instances I got up to move and he didn't budge, had to clamber awkwardly over his legs to escape. Ugh.

These trains were just not built for tall Nordics (and others) like me. :(

I think the real issue that needs to be addressed here is men that wear pants that are too tight.
